A tick means the document must be provided.
Optional means you can submit the document if you wish, but it is not required.
Blank means the document is not required.

Proprietor Labour Criteria
- an applicant operating or proposing to operate as a sole trader, or as a partnership of no more than two partners, to deliver school cleaning services without employee labour
- an applicant operating or proposing to operate as a sole trader, or as a partnership of no more than two partners, that employs a maximum of four persons to perform services and that those employees are exclusively, themselves, their parents, spouse or children
- an applicant operating as a company engaging up to a maximum of four employees, and those employees are either shareholders of the applicant, or the parents, spouse or children of a shareholder provided that:
- the applicant will never have more than four people working in the business, including any proprietor, sole trader, partners or employees
- during the time it has panel status the applicant must continue to operate within the above definitions

You can only click the 'Request application ID' button once all mandatory fields have been selected. Once clicked an email will be automatically sent to your company email with login details.

Enter your Application ID. This was emailed to your company email address when you initially applied for access. If you no longer have access to your Application ID you must start a new application.

Enter your company email address. This must be the same company email address that you entered when you initially applied for access. If you no longer remember your company email address you must start a new application.

You can only Submit an application once all mandatory documents have been provided.

Cancelling an application will permanently delete it from the system. Any documents submitted will be lost.
